"GLUBINA" MICROPROCESSOR SYSTEM FOR WELL-LOGGING UNITS
Purpose of the development:
The microprocessor system measures the penetration depth and speed of down-hole instruments.
Recommended application field:
Geophysical and geological investigation for well survey and boring.
Technical characteristic:
-measurement range of cable movement (penetration depths), m: 0-10000
-sampling increment at depth measurement, m: 0.1
-measurement range of descending/ascending speed of cable, m/s: 0-6
-sampling increment at descending/ascending speed measurement, m/s: 0.04
-data-to-computer transmission channel: RS-232 (COM-port)
-supply voltage, V: AC: 220±30, DC: 12/24
-operating temperature range, C:
For magnetic mark and angle-of-turn sensors: -40…+50
For microprocessor unit: +5…+40
Advantages over analogues:
Substantially lower cost of descending-ascending operations. Fully automated measurements during descending-ascending of probes.
The development stage readiness:
Introduced in production
Description of the development:
() Microprocessor system, "Depth" provides a normal process log, in which are defined and displayed on a computer screen, or depth, direction and speed of the downhole geophysical instruments. The system provides broach the diagram tape recorder and skip scratches at the moment of detection of the cable caused by the magnetic label. The moments of the detection of magnetic labels accurately trap accompanied by audible and visual indication. LEDs on the front of the microprocessor unit, signal the direction of the downhole tool, the magnetic moments of passing marks, modes with wire or without drawing a diagram tape. The system "depth" includes microprocessor reception, conversion, processing, transmitting and displaying information, a block with a measured balance wheel, the sensor of magnetic labels, angle sensor, cables with connectors; passport manual.
