Technological process of manufacturing of a sorbent "Penopurm" is carried out by careful mixture within several seconds of specialized mixing-dosing facility of two reacted liquid compositions (one of which represents a mix of components on the basis of complex polyethers with the special additives, the second - on the basis of isocianate) and submission in the form of the activated mix. Right after mixtures of components in a reactionary mix proceed with high speed simultaneously processes of polycondensation, foaming and curried therefore 8-15 kg/meter cubic are foamed polymer with a seeming density of cellular structure of light yellow color. The sorbent "Penopurm" can be made in the form of plates, plated in a grid, crumbs of the any form. The scheme of manufacture includes: -capacitance for components -the mixing-dosing facility high-pressure -form for obtaining sorbent by the way of units -installation for are sharp of units on plates -installation for reception of a crumb from plates Structure of the equipment for manufacture of a sorbent with productivity of 20 kg/h: -mix-dosing high pressure facility, 1 unit -forms for reception of a sorbent in the form of blocks, 3 units -facility for cutting blocks on plates, 1 unit -facility for manufacture of crumb from plates, 2 units -number of the attendants, 6 humans The volume of release of a sorbent can be raised due to increase in quantity of forms and the equipment for cutting blocks and plates.
