DNA is amplified using specific methylic and unmethylic primers for p15 gene by Methylation Specific Polymerade Chain Reaction. When it is obtained DNA methylation band they predict risk for cancer development, but when two bands result: one band of methylated and one band of unmethylated DNA - lack of the risc.
