Purpose of the development: Installation is intended for the production of biodiesel in a continuous mode using as a feedstock vegetable oils and methanol.

Recommended application field: Energetic systems.

Advantages over analogues: The installation consists of functionally complete modules, which, if necessary, can be used easily upgraded or replaced by others. The modular design allows you to place install it in any configuration space area not less than 25 cubic meter.

The installation is implemented a modern technology of the production of biodiesel, including preparation of the reaction mixture of vegetable oil, methanol and a catalyst (lye); conduct intensive esterification in the stream; separation of glycerol from the reacted mixture; removal and regeneration of excess of methanol; purification of biodiesel with Magnesol. In this case, all operations are performed automatically in a continuous mode, with an average productivity of 300 liters of biodiesel per hour.
