Purpose of the development: Modern prostheses with a high degree of modularity.

Technical characteristic: All metal parts except for the head are made of titanium alloy. The ball head is made of CoCrMo-alloy. The components are designed to achieve a high level of functional similarity with the anatomical structure of the brush. To meet the requirements of the anatomical diversity of patients, each component is available in several sizes. The implant is fixed to the bone using special osteo-integrating elements: layers of porous hydroxyapatite coating on the surface. These areas are located on the radial (trough) and wrist (the rod and the locking pin) components. Carpal component consists of fixing the main axis (Hand Terminal), which is inserted into the third metacarpus, and short locking pin to set the basis of the second metacarpal bone. The head of the cobalt alloy is going to the cone-shaped rod extending from the intersecting area of carpal bar. The radial component is fixed to the distal radius. Depression for the cushioning material of polyethylene ultra-high molecular has rounded edges and diamond-like carbon coating to ensure the best tribological characteristics, taking into account the movement of soft tissue in this area.
