Purpose of the development:
Designed for high-precision processing of optical polymer products.
Recommended application field:
High-energy physics to create large-sized, complex-detectors.
Advantages over analogues:
- The technology allows to increase the light output of the optical products by 25-30%, and the operating characteristics of the parameter radiation resistance by 20-25%;
- Processing productivity increases by 2-10 times with a significant improvement in the quality of the machined surface of the parameter macro and microscopic irregularities.

Description of the development:
() Creation of large and complex-detector is provided by a mechanical blade processing, which is based on a special technological scheme, the most important element of which is a precision diamond processing. A unique technology of mechanical precision machining of a wide range of optical polymer products, including complex-and large-sized.
It has developed a wide range of diamond cutting tools and mastered the technology of their production. These tools are used in the processing of non-ferrous metals, hardened steels, composite materials.
