An innovative solution: a lightweight stove for domestic use, based on cement and fiber. CEMVIN LIGHT - lightweight cement-fiber board weighing less than 1000 kg per cubic meter. The technical solution consists in designing the structure of boards, effective with the environmental and economic points of view. Compared with similar products is characterized by low content of cement and also has good physical and mechanical parameters. The main objective of the new product - a decrease in the mass production of the environmental load by reducing the consumption of cement (50%) of the original amount. The product is environmentally friendly compared to similar products. Moreover, as a filler used waste products of expanded perlite, which in turn once again speaks in favor of the environmental safety of the product. Long-term trials of different formulations have shown that it is possible to obtain a product of adequate quality while reducing cement consumption up to 40%. It should be noted that the new board has good mechanical properties, even without an increase in fiber content, which positively affects the price of the final product.
