BasoFlowEx * kit to determine the cause of allergies by analyzing bizofilnoy activation using flow cytometry. This test is characterized by a high sensitivity and specificity. The principle of the test - the induction of basophilic activation in the presence of the light-sensitive allergen followed by measurement of basophilic activation markers on the cell surface, where it is detected by a monoclonal antibody.
