Purpose of the development: Device to identify barriers blind, built in a reed, is an obstacle by distinguishing accurately dangerous road sections of three types of advance information and transmits sound signals the appropriate frequency. The device applies to technology that facilitates walking and spatial orientation of the blind in the unfamiliar or volatile environments. Device (cane) increases the likelihood of identifying obstacles and blind increases the number of measured features, and a constructive union contact and non-contact attachment program the identity of the space-coordinate scales and quantify noise characteristics. Multifunctionality cane increases safety.

Recommended application field: Institutions of Social Protection and the Ministry of Health.
