TOROIDAL ELECTROMECHANICAL AERATORS
Purpose of the development:
Electromechanical energy and resource-efficient aerators are designed for saturation
air with oxygen and mixing drinking and wastewater aeration closed reservoirs (artificial
park lakes and ponds for fish farming, swimming pools, etc.), as well as for the flotation of oil and grease.
Recommended application field:
Treatment plants for drinking water and household sewage.
Can be used to mean flow, as aerotenok, pasteurization, flotation, aeration ponds,
both aerobic stabilizers.
Can also be used in the production of wine and champagne in the confectionery (biscuits, marshmallows), and breast
other sectors of the food industry for homogenization, whipping and oxygen saturation of the product.
Advantages over analogues:
The use of electromechanical aerator allows abandon energy-intensive and metal
blower and a significant number of perforated pipes to create systems for aeration, from
cumbersome and energy-intensive mechanical water-pump to circulate.
This is to ensure:
--- Energy savings of at least 5-8 times;
--- Reduction of material is 3-5 times.
This provides much better quality water aeration and circulation, as well as the efficiency of its biological treatment.

--- Provide execution time of three functions, namely:
1) self-supply of air through the work of the aerator;
2) the addition of air treated water directly working body aerator;
3) organization of water circulation.
