Proposed arc-plate for surgical correction of funnel chest (VDGK) in children, the technical features which allow reliable fix it in the surgical correction VDGK that it prevents the postoperative period. In addition, patients after surgery better tolerated JavaScript-arc plates of this design, as it does not cause bedsores, and after a two-year period during which her chest in an arc-plate was easier to remove. Arc-plate proposed design tested in pediatric surgery clinics of the National Medical University in 4 patients with positive results. Noted reliable fixation plate arc-chest, in all cases, thus preventing the displacement of the plate and contributed a good correction VDGK.
