SPARK PLUG VOLUME-VORTEX FOR COMBUSTION ENGINES
Purpose of the development:
In the near future petroleum products will remain a major source of energy.
Therefore, the key challenge in the foreseeable future is the search for alternative ways to reduce
consumption of petroleum products. This is especially true in transport with the engine, where the search for ways to reduce the specific
cost of fuel is not only the global economy but also environmental challenge.
At the present time, developed a new candle body-vortex ignition for the internal
combustion vehicles.
Recommended application field:
Road transport.
Advantages over analogues:
Conducted bench and field tests spark plugs three-vortex
showed that:
--- Reduce specific fuel consumption by 15-17%;
--- Ensure reliable operation of the engine on a lean air-fuel mixture, ie engine
in a wide range with excess air ratio of 0.6 to 1.4;
--- Do not require preheating the inlet pipe or fine spray with direct fuel injection;
--- Provide a high rate of combustion in the compression chamber, which allows the compression ratio to increase or decrease
requirements for octane fuel;
--- Improve the dynamics of the engine;
--- Increase the thermodynamic efficiency of the engine;
--- Provide absolute protection against carbon formation on insulator candle;
--- Ensure combustion efficiency and reduced to zero values ??(5-8 times)
the level of harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
