The essence of cold-sintering coal sludge in the production of solid fossil fuels from waste coal and coal enterprises is that they are able to charge with natural moisture brown coal mixed with binders (lime, sodium silicate, Portland cement, plaster), causing a plastic pasty substance that hardens over time, due to the structuring of processes occurring in brown coal and the impurities binders. Giving some form of hardening mass occurs during its formation by the action of a small pressure. In this case, a product, the shape and size of which depends on the requirements the consumer and the need to provide the necessary mechanical strength.
