Purpose of the development:
Designed to measure the filling process tanks with liquid and solids.
Recommended application field:
Energy, food, chemical and other industries.

- Relative measurement error - <0.25%;
- The temperature in the tank - from minus 30 to 80 C;
- Relative humidity in the container - <100%;
- Digital display - 4 familiarity;
- Current output - (0-5; 0-20; 4-20) mA;
- Mains supply - 220 +/- 22, 50 +/- 1 Hz;
- Power consumption - <12 VA
Advantages over analogues:
- Applied airtight acoustic sensor that is resistant to vapor condensation on their
surface flooding;
- Use 4-digit display with adaptive display;
- Applied an isolated current output with a flexible system scalability;
- Set 3 alarm relays, high and low;
- Introduced support digital interface RS-485;
- An effective system of suppression of acoustic and electrical noise;
- Distance between the object and the electronic control unit is increased to 600 m;
- By improving the algorithm of statistical processing of the measurement error
reduced to 0.25% (the unit is certified UkrCSM).

Description of the development:
() Multifunctional transmitter for measuring the filling process tanks with liquid and dry substances (level, volume or mass) of liquid level in the flow channels, as well as to measure the distance between the object during positioning. The principle of operation is based on the gauge location of the interface of air and liquid (loose) environments. No contact sensor from substances, the level of which is measured, significantly increase the reliability and service life of the device. Structurally, the transmitter consists of an electronic control and display unit and sensors.
