Purpose of the development: Heat recovery gas pipe designed to heat water heating systems through the use of clean and dusty heat of the flue gases of industrial furnaces.

Recommended application field: Industrial kilns, thermal, glass furnaces.

Advantages over analogues: Preferred direction of flow: gases - from the top down, the water - from the bottom up. Implementation of TG provides: - Saving of natural gas from 35 to 130 cbm / h; - Increasing utilization of fuel by 10-20%.

Description of the development:

Heat exchanger is made of carbon steel. Consists of the input of the gas chamber, shell and tube heat exchanger, the output of the gas chamber. The design shell and tube heat exchanger tubes used with ring turbulators. Input gas chamber holds water cooled. Heat exchanger is equipped with air vent, a pipe for a safety valve, pressure gauge and manholes. Designed heat exchanger TG 6 sizes from 0.3 to 1.18 MW. For dusty flue gas cleaning system is equipped with a TG, allowing clean the surface heating in automatic mode in the process heat exchanger. The cleaning system is located above the front camera. Cleaning by compressed air at a pressure of 0.5 MPa. Heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger due to the use of tubes with circular turbulence almost 2 times higher than in smooth tubes by decreasing the aerodynamic drag by 20-25%. TG metal is about 1.8 times lower than in similar devices. Payback period for the installation of the unit - up to 1 year. Used in the development of the invention according to the inventor's certificate of the USSR № 612 142.
