Purpose of the development: DRYING series auger units based VMF designed for processing of bulk substances in the enterprises of mining and metallurgical, agricultural and construction systems as well as energy-saving technologies pyrolysis gasification of wood waste and crop production.

Recommended application field: Mining and metallurgy, agriculture and construction complexes.

Advantages over analogues: Benefits: --- Reduce by half the energy cost of 1 kg of evaporated moisture (0.4 ... 0.5 kW / kg); --- Increased utilization of the active materials by 30%; --- Reduction of floor space occupied by three times; --- Environmentally friendly manufacturing processes. Technical novelty poly functional electromechanical converters (VMF) confirmed 10 patents of Ukraine. The novelty of the design: --- Structural, functional and thermal integration; --- Full use of the dissipative component of the energy; --- Multivariable effect on the rate of heat transfer and drying agents by a "fluidized bed", convection, and ultrasound acoustic field.

Technical and economic effect: Several deep VMF for energy-saving technologies for processing and transport of viscous and fusible materials. Designed with latest technology of electrical heating of oil wells in complex Geological and industrial conditions, transportation of petroleum products in tanks, heating and measured pumping binders from tanks that reduce half the number of pieces of equipment, floor space and increase threefold performance processes. Industrial tests carried out on the VMF central processing plant "Selidovskaya", "Kondratovskaya", JSC "Pervomaysk mechanical plant after K. Marx."
