SURFACE BUILDING TITANIUM ALLOYS TECHNOLOGY
Purpose of the development:
The technology is designed to increase endurance, strength fretingo friction pairs of titanium
alloys, including Working in conditions of the most aggressive environments.
Recommended application field:
Aircraft construction, machinery, including chemical, medicine (for surface treatment
implants), consumer goods (with a decorative surface hardening effect).
Advantages over analogues:
Technology, combining in a single technological cycle of formation of the hardened layer
settings and the nominal thermal processing matrix material provides
regulated level of strength thermally strengthen alpha + beta titanium alloys.
Technology can handle parts of any configuration, including with holes of any
diameter and length, using the serial vacuum furnace.
Technology provides high surface quality, is used as the ultimate technology
operation, technologically simple and environmentally friendly.
The technology is protected by patents of Ukraine.

Description of the development:
() The technology uses the gas components of a multicomponent medium as saturating
levers of influence on the process of phase formation and phase transformation through technological
saturation parameters (temperature and time, gas-dynamic) that modify the intensity
physical and chemical processes at interfaces and control of structural and phase state
surface layers, adjusting its functional properties under operating conditions.
