Purpose of the development:

--- Electro-optical display system information and monitoring.
Recommended application field:
Currently, amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials are used in various industries:
In telecommunication systems. Transformers and chokes ISDN, DSL, PLC.
In the electrical industry replacing conventional amorphous alloy transformer steel gives
savings eddy currents.
In Current Devices (RCD), residual current operated for the protection
people from electric shock, including the use of household electrical equipment.
Advantages over analogues:
The main advantages of nanocrystalline cores:
--- Low specific losses at frequencies up to 200 kHz (50-60 mW / g at 100 kHz, 0.2 T and 25 * C, against 180 mW / g for iron);
--- High induction (up to 1.1 T) at elevated up to 120 * C temperature decreases by only 10% (30% or more in iron);
--- High (at least 25/10 thousand) permeability at induction of 0.1-1.0 T;
--- Essentially a wide range of operating temperature: -60 * C to 120 * C.
