Purpose of the development: Offered silicon pressure sensor which can be used to measure absolute, differential and gauge pressure of liquids and gases in the control systems and management of various technological processes in engineering, aviation systems communications, environmental monitoring, equipment for exploration, production and transportation of energy, in power engineering, industrial energy, measurement and control equipment.

Recommended application field: Engineering, aviation, communications systems, equipment for exploration, production and transportation of energy resources, energy engineering, industrial energy measurement and control equipment.

Technical characteristic: features: --- Suitable for absolute, differential or gauge pressure of non-aggressive liquids and gases without solids; --- Ranges of measured pressure, kPa 0-1, 0-2, 0-4, 0-10, 0-20, 0-40, 0-100, 0-200, 0-400, 0-600, 0-1000, 0-1500; --- Power supply, 6; --- Output mV 50 + / - 10; --- Operating temperature, C * 40 ... + 90; --- Additional error caused by temperature changes in the operating temperature range (no more), 0.1%; --- Linear characteristic, high reliability; --- High stability parameters: temperature, time, under cyclic loading; --- Miniature housing (30 x 25 x 30 mm) and low cost.
