TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING, DIAGNOSING OF TECHNICAL STATE AND PREDICTION OF TECHNICAL STRENGTH OF PARTS AND CONSTRUCTIONS USING THE ACOUSTIC EMISSION METHOD


Purpose of the development: Established six-channel station AE to monitor, diagnose and forecast the state of the technical strength of parts and structures. The methods of linear, planar and spatial location of the AE signals, methods of control and diagnostics of technical state of brazed, welded and molded parts and structures.

Recommended application field: Equipment from different areas of the economy, particularly the exhaust resource: parts and components of vehicles, vessels working under pressure, printed circuit boards and electronic equipment, etc.

Advantages over analogues: Modification of the two subunits of serial device AF-15 to allow continuous AE signal to a personal computer (PC). Design and development of I / O interfaces to coordinate work on the PC can increase the amount of treated AE information and coordinate the work of three devices AF-15 between itself and the PC. Software computation speed of propagation of AE signals improves the accuracy of the location. Creating programs for the collection, processing, and location of the AE signals, allows to realize how linear, planar and spatial location of defects.
