HYDROCARBON SEPARATORS SOR.II


Purpose of the development: SOR.II type oil separators are designed for blasting wastewater contaminated with oil products, a weight of 750 to 950 kg / square meter at a temperature above the sinks +4 * C, with the concentration of contaminants to 0.5% at the modes of gravity flow drains. Usually this waste water from car washes and rain runoff from area gas stations, parking lots or other contaminated oils surfaces.

Recommended application field: Water purification.

Technical characteristic: SOR.II oil separators are made of six sizes: SOR.II - 0,5, SOR.II - 1, SOR.II - 2, SOR.II - 5, SOR.II - 10, SOR.II - 20. Where is assumed periodic overflow separator effluent with low pollution, can be used with capacitive overlap bypass line (baylasom), which in such cases may be part of the separator.

Advantages over analogues: -compactness of the product without having to connect elements (settling, separator, sorption filter) sewage pipes -the ability of the issue with the capacitive device bypass line (baylasa) -sampling point within the current separators -low penetration due to the minimal loss of height -available cleaning

Separators in terms of functionality can be divided into three groups: sedimentation sump coalescing separator and sorption filter. All three functions are performed by a separator mark SOR.II-...-JKS. The other types of separators, some functions are not available. When the stream flows through the separator is a gradual deposition of suspended solids in sedimentation settling tank, then Coalescence separator gravity method separates most of the oil particles. Capture the remaining oil particles is provided by the absorption in the dynamic sorption filter up to 0.2 mg / l. Oil separator type SOR.II a polypropylene tank, which are welded: the capacity to collect oil, Coalescence insert, a service platform, coalescing filter, semi-submerged baffle overflow coalescing separator, sorption filter, overflow sorption filter, place of sampling and the bypass line (baylas). Feed and effluent drainage provide inlet and outlet pipes. Separators are not all modifications are required to contain all of the components listed above.
