Antifriction flubon - polymer composite based on polytetrafluoroethylene, copolymers of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene, and other fluoropolymers modified carbon fibers and a variety of fibrous and particulate fillers. Flubon produced two-and multi-component. Developed several grades of material. Details of flubon (bearings, seal rings, mechanical seals, separators, bearings, journal bearings) are used in the friction process equipment for various purposes. This delivers the highest durability and reliability, cost of lubricants, decrease of metal products and a decrease in the cost of repair and maintenance of machinery, as well as the regeneration of catalysts for chemical production. The technology of manufacturing products from material flubon without additional machining.
