Designed for use in conjunction with injection molding machines, robotic systems, chill carousels and conveyor lines.

Description of the development:
() Holding furnace used during the production of various sizes and hung castings from aluminum and zinc alloys. Used for casting under low pressure in the electromagnetic continuous casting molds blanks. These settings are combined in one unit the functions of the induction channel furnaces, mixer and electromagnetic pump.
Plants provide:
-upravlyaemuyu dosage electromagnetic flow of aluminum or zinc alloy in the baling chamber die casting machines, metal mold or mold continuous casting machines;
-gomogenizatsiyu chemical composition and temperature uniformity by volume liquid metal alloy (for example, alloys of Al-Zn, are prone to delamination in a liquid state);
-intensifikatsiyu melting and dissolution of the alloying components and modifying the alloy due to the controlled electromagnetic induction heating and stirring.
