The adhesive additive UDOM-2 is produced according to TU U V.2.7.03450778.178-2000 and supplement drama - according to TU U V.7-24.1-03450778-235-2004. Release additives permitted by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Introduction to 0.3-0.7% bitumen UDOM-2 or drama provides 100% adhesion of the binder material, stone and slows the aging process bitumen and asphalt concrete. The use of additives allows you to: -povysit heat and water resistance of asphalt concrete coatings to prevent the formation of potholes and pits, and thereby extend their service life; -Reduce the cost of energy by lowering the temperature on 1-200S heating asphalt mixture; -Improved quality surface treatments and repairs hole course by the best "healing" of rubble; -Saves to 10% bitumen thanks to the formation of thin films of a binder on the mineral material; -rasshirit season road works, to perform the work from early spring to late autumn. At a much lower cost UDOM-2 and drama performance and thermal stability are not inferior to the best foreign analogues. The use of additives does not require retrofitting asphalt plants and asphalt bases. For the distribution of additives is only necessary to heat the asphalt binder to the working temperature (120-1500S) and provide mixing bitumen pump or a stirrer during 30-40 minutes. The adhesive additive UDOM-2 has been widely used in 20 regions of Ukraine. It was used in the reconstruction and construction of highways Kiev-Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Pavlograd, repair of highways Kyiv-Chop, and other important facilities. Further development UDOM-2 is an effective adhesive bitumen additive drama, which is different even higher heat resistance.
