Purpose of the development: Sets Rings TMG-F / B are designed for sealing rods stop, adjusting and special fittings with the parameters of the working environment: --- Temperature - 196 ° C to +560 ° C; --- Pressure up to 50 MPa (500 kgf/cm2).

Recommended application field: Rings TMG puff type C is used as the heat in the water tap packing centrifugal pumps. Rings TMG layered reinforced type CA with density 1.2-1.4 g/cm3 used as droseling and warm tap water in the packing of centrifugal pumps. Rings TMG layered reinforced type CA with density 1.6-1.8 g/cm3 used as trailing in the packing, high-pressure valves (PN> 6.3 MPa).

Technical characteristic: Tolerance rings TMG-F/V-1 unified, 2 of the stated (in size) can provide final compression rings without damaging them. This tolerance is determined by: --- Outer diameter: for rings from 24 to 52 mm - not more than 2 mm; rings for more than 52 mm - less than 1 mm; --- The inner diameter: for rings from 24 to 52 mm - less than 4 mm: for rings from 52 to 80 mm - not more than 6 mm; for rings from 80 to 104 mm - not more than 8 mm.

Advantages over analogues: Provide final compression rings without damage tolerance allows Unified TMG-F/V-1 rings, 2 of the stated (in size).

In this case, the packing rings TMG-F/V-1, 2 come with standardized dimensions, which are defined by the presence of the manufacturer presform. Final compression ring is held in packing box.
