Rust "Contrast" - an effective, non-toxic, environmentally safe, non-flammable. Converter can be handled surfaces that come into contact with food and drinking water, as well as to use it in closed rooms without extra precautions. Converts rust thickness of 100-300 m in the anti-corrosion film-ground, replace the mechanical cleaning of steel structures from corrosion, creates conditions for reliable and long-lasting protection against corrosion damage. Before applying the transducer to the surface of metal structures and products from steel, high-alloy, privates and other metals which are prone to destruction (construction and other welded constructions long use- pipelines, bridges, towers, truck bodies, wagons, electric transport, tanks, fences roofs, ventilation systems made of galvanized steel and others.) clear of grease, dirt, rust formation and old paint. The tool is applied to dry or damp surface with a continuous uniform layer without smudges in any way: brush, roller, way towels, spray, and others. The conversion process of rust at + 20C extends rust 30-120 minutes after which the treated surface a protective film of dark blue-primer. After drying apply coatings: primer, paint, insulation. On steel surfaces, which are under constant condensate converter and special coatings are applied to a wet surface (for example: the first layer of contrast, the second layer- ground OCTOPUS-12 or equivalent, third layer- paint or insulation). With converter are detected and blocked centers and enamel corrosion in the pores of the metal. Consumption means: 60-200g / m2.
