Purpose of the development: Central Station clock monitoring UCS 1000 is designed to provide a flexible system of centralized patient monitoring using wired and wireless data transmission technologies, the creation of an electronic database of medical records of patients, as well as the ability to connect to a local hospital information system. Central Station IOM provides: • receiving, processing, and real-time visualization of the wave curves and numerical information on the status of patients coming from the bedside monitors YM-300 and telemetry devices; • Creating and maintaining a database of all patients; • Remote control of all functions bedside monitors, including changes in levels of alarm and priority; • connection to the hospital network; • the ability to view data from patient monitors on a remote computer; • connection to the paging system of alarm; • the ability to view data from patient monitors another central station connected to the network; • the ability to connect a remote display; • support for display on 2 high-resolution display (1280x1024) with an arbitrary choice of the display configuration for each display; • a centralized multi-level alarm for each patient individually with the priorities for each parameter; • Reading accumulated bedside monitors information after temporary disconnection from the central station; • access to information from a bedside monitor to another monitor of connections to a central station; • preservation of patient information, data monitoring and processing results in an individual file; • recording, viewing, analyzing and documenting trends for the duration of monitoring the patient; • automatic detection of arrhythmias and maintaining 20-second ECG on each episode arrhythmias; • automatic arrhythmia analysis by type of arrhythmias, frequency and time of appearance; • Ongoing analysis of ST-segment shift on all leads; • the possibility of recording an electrocardiogram (single file) for 96 hours and then view and advanced analysis; • a detailed analysis of ECG and heart rate variability; • Automatic registration and maintain a database of critical events during the time of monitoring the patient; • calculation of the dose and rate of administration of medicines; • print the results of monitoring in the form of tables, graphs, ECG fragments.

Central Station UCS 1000 is a powerful computer with one or two color displays (diagonal of at least 17), with an audible warning sound system (alarm), a laser printer and thermal printer. The central station is connected to the bedside monitor (maximum - 64 Monitor) with speed pomehozaschitnogo interface. Central station with wireless realized through WiFi-technology. Local wireless network is easy to solve the problem of connecting new monitors, eliminating the need for cables and is an economical and effective alternative to traditional cable system. The central station has advanced network for sharing data and can be incorporated into a local health facility network (Ethernet). In this case, the in-hospital database (X-ray, tomography, ultrasound, lab results, etc.) available to users of the station, and can be used for further consultation and diagnosis.
