The development is designed to protect and restore the units of thermal power stations.
Recommended application field:
Energy.
Advantages over analogues:
Original spray system produces coatings with low porosity (3 to 5%), which contributes
improve their corrosion and abrasion resistance. Work can be done in all positions.
The application of cored wire system Fe-Cr-B-Al is capable of applying high
restoration and protective coatings on the elements of CHP boilers working under gas-abrasive wear.

Technical and economic effect:
Confirmed the efficiency of the development work conducted at Burshtyn thermal and thermal
power plants in Poland. Pilot plant test confirmed that the service life
boiler equipment increased by 2-3 times in the application of the technology.
Description of the development:
() Description of the development: A mobile (small) equipment for the application of protective coatings and restoration method of the original electro metallizer cored wires designed to FMI NAS. Applied coatings have high wear-resistant properties, which allows them to protect against gas-abrasive wear of the inner surfaces of CHP boilers, economizers, and other boiler accessories. The equipment consists of a handheld electro metallizer, backpack cluster node and compact source of electric power.
