The devices are equipped with wall-mounted sealed chamber, a circulation pump, exhaust fan, three-way ball valve (VSTSD), pressure stabilizer, gas filter, expansion tank open type. Features apprat: Exhaust of combustion products is carried out, the fan exhaust fan through the exhaust pipe diameter of 60 mm mounted in a pipe diameter of 160 mm, through which the air intake. Exhaust system - one-pipe (pine-tube in tube) for dual channel exhaust pipe diameter of 60-160mm (internal channel -otvod combustion products outside - air supply to the combustion unit) - is mounted in the outer wall of the room. The circulation pump in the heating system allows the use of plastic pipes, which can be placed in the wall. The pressure stabilizer maintains constant pressure of the gas, which ensures minimal soot formation. Gas filter prevents the ingress of foreign particles in the automation, which increases its reliability. The expansion tank is mounted in the machine and has a protective membrane to reduce water evaporation. The device provides a switch-exhauster with automatic ignition of the main burner by the pilot. Three-way ball valve allows you to switch the unit to heat water for domestic use during the operation of the heating system, obespechivet and hot water heating is switched off during the summer. Automation provides smooth control of water temperature. Safety of operation is provided by an automatic device and other safety loop. Safety devices are activated in case of emergencies: - The lack of draft in the chimney; - Overheating of the coolant in the event of failure of the automatic temperature control; - Turn off the power supply; - Reduction of gas pressure less than 300 Pa. The large volume of water in the heat exchanger unit do not give rise to accidents even in case of failure of the circulation pump.
