Reactor bed machines are designed for the manufacture of special grades of phenolic plastics, suitable for processing by injection molding with a temperature plasticizing 423K (150 * C).

The raw material for injection molding are polyolefins, polystyrene and its copolymers, polyamides, thermoplastic polyurethanes, polyesters, Polyphenylene. When equipped with the machines plasticizing units, available on request, they can obtain products of polycarbonate copolymers of formaldehyde, PVC-U, polyacrylates filled thermoplastic materials. Most higher requirements for mechanical properties, geometric dimensions of products from a variety of structural and other thermal and duroplastic materials, and other problems can be solved with single point injection machines. The machines are provided mode injection molding for the manufacture of thin-walled parts of complex configuration and mode of intrusion for thick products with increasing injection volume to 30%.
