FREQUENCY CONVERTER INVERTER BASED ON CURRENT - PCHIT
Purpose of the development:
PCHIT - frequency converter based on current inverter. Frequency inverters are designed to control PCHIT
speed motors with squirrel cage rotor voltage, 6, 10 kV power from 630 kW to 1000 kW
and by special order at large capacities.
Recommended application field:
The most common areas of application of frequency converters PCHIT are:
- Oil and gas industry;
- Metallurgy;
- Mining.
- Utilities (pumping stations, treatment plants);
- Energy (nutritional and network pumps);
- Machine (fans, conveyors);
- Car and motor (diesel engine test stands);
- The chemical industry (conveyors, feeders, process pumps).

Advantages over analogues:
Inverters PCHIT provide:
- Infinitely adjustable speed within a given range, or stabilization process parameters of the drive;
- Soft start and brake motors with variable speed;
- Limit current and torque in dynamic modes;
- Recovery of braking energy to the mains supply.
High computing power microprocessor and original control algorithms allow actuators based PCHIT following quality control characteristics:
- Measuring range of speed control 1:20 in the absence of special devices, tachometer on the motor shaft and 1:50
if universal tachometer devices. When starting, braking, reverse minimum absolute
rate of zero;
- PWM - control motor current in the output frequency of 5 Hz and below. This type of control significantly reduces engine speed ripple at low frequencies;
- Switches to the optimal function of the frequency of rotation of the engine control laws:
- Mode of constant flux of the motor (provides high dynamic performance of the drive);
- Mode of constant absolute slip of the motor regardless of the size of the motor. Such a regime
minimizes losses in the engine;
- Two-zone speed control (mode U / f = const and U = const) with the possibility of increasing the engine speed
to a value of 1,4 n n;
- Automatic restart after a momentary power failure and auto pickup
engine "on the fly."

Description of the development:

PCHIT has the following protections:
