RLP is a rubber plate with metal reinforcement for its fastening.As a result of extinguishment of erosive fractions kinetic energy by the highly elastic rubber and due to compact crimping of every plate by the adjoining plates, the penetration of erosive environment is precluded, as to the scrubber walls, as to the plate's attachment fitting.RLP was successfully used at Shatura Power Station and at Blagoveshchenskaya Thermal Power Station. Installed on the scrubber of the boiler unit at Prydneprovskaya State District Power Station, the USRDTI "DINTEM" plates were exploited more than 8 years, without visible wear pattern, that has exceeded the working time of widely-used ceramic facing more than in 30 times.Depending on operational conditions and the profile of the surface equipment can be developed and produced different line-constructions with the application of elastomeric materials.
