Purpose of the development: Thermal Conductivity designed for materials testing. The main application of the heat meter - the definition of thermal conductivity of building materials and insulation of buildings, pipelines, etc.

Recommended application field: Construction.

Technical characteristic: ITP-meter heat MG4 "probe" is designed for rapid measurement of thermal conductivity of materials during their production and use, as well as a survey of buildings. - Measuring time is not more than 10 minutes. - Automatic archiving of test results, including the date and time. - Non-volatile memory of 100 measurements. - The range of 0.03 ... 1.0 W / m · K. - Rel. measurement error of ± 7%. - Weight 0.5 kg. ITP-meter heat MG4 "probe" is included in the state register of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

Advantages over analogues: Thermal Conductivity MIT-1 has an additional battery power supply, which allows working with the instrument in the field for 10 hours without recharging.

Thermal Conductivity MIT-1 for rapid determination of thermal conductivity (range: 0.03 ... 2 W / m * K) of a wide range of building materials probe method in accordance with GOST 30256-94 with their quality control. MIT-1 device is included in the state register SR RF. Measuring the thermal conductivity of the ITS-1 is designed to determine the thermal conductivity (range 0.02 ... 1.5 W / m * K) and the thermal resistance of a wide range of building and insulation materials stationary method in accordance with GOST 7076-99 under the control of their quality. Dimensions of test specimens 150 * 150 * 4 ... 40 mm. ITS-1 device is included in the state register SR of Russia and Belarus. ITP-meter heat MG4 "100" is used to determine the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of the material at a sample temperature +15 ... 42.5? C. Provides automatic temperature control and temperature control of the sample. ITP-meter heat MG4 "100" has a non-volatile memory of measurements, real time clock and data transfer mode on the PC. Thermal conductivity measurement range 0.02 ... 1.5 W / m K, the thermal resistance of 0.01 ... 1.5 m2 · K / watt. Dimensions of the test specimen: 100h100h3 ... 28 mm. The relative error of ± 5%.
