NEW PACKING MATERIALS BASED ON EXPANDED GRAPHITE


Purpose of the development: Modern domestic sealing materials based on expanded graphite designed for: - Fabrication of flat gaskets for flanges; - Seals vessels and equipment; - Seals for internal combustion engines; - Sealing of mobile and fixed joints of various machines and devices.

Recommended application field: Chemical and petrochemical, metallurgy, food and energy industries.

Advantages over analogues: The advantages of these sealing materials are: - Low price; - Environmentally friendly (do not contain asbestos and other hazardous substances); - Long service life even at high pressures, temperatures, corrosive environments; - They have a low coefficient of friction, do not require additional lubrication; - Do not wear out the rods and shafts valves and pumps; - Reduce the cost of repairs and maintenance of equipment; - Reducing the amount of repair of equipment; - Cost of product being pumped and heat due to lower leakage, reducing the load on the sewage treatment plant.

These solutions are modern sealing materials own production: - High quality packings in a flexible graphite fiber, Teflon, carbon fiber, Kevlar, synthetic and natural fibers that do not contain asbestos. - Secure gaskets for flanges and connectors made of reinforced graphite sheet, spiral wound, metal, Elastic composite to replace the short-lived paronita. - Easy to install self-adhesive tape for sealing flanges and connectors on the basis of the flexible graphite fibers and Teflon. - Long-life packing rings to seal the stem valves and control valves on the basis of expanded graphite. Friction pair to imported and domestic mechanical seals to customer's drawings of silicon carbide, tungsten carbide and other materials, according to customer requirements. Mechanical seals are self-developed heavy-duty: high temperatures (up to 400 ° C), the average high-solids, high radial and axial runout of the shaft, and the deepening of the polymerizable media.
