Purpose of the development: Diamond "high tech" products are designed for use in various fields of engineering, electronics, jewelry industry.

Recommended application field: Medicine, electronics, jewelry industry. Production of diamonds, semi-precious stones and crystals: - Decorative crystal products, zirconium corundum; - Diamond heat sinks, films, plates; - Optical window; - Jewelry insert; - Scalpels from zirconium dioxide of ZrO2.

Advantages over analogues: Scalpels from zirconium dioxide of ZrO2: - Withstand any multiple types of sterilization with no loss of cutting power; - Have an increased cutting capacity and 20-100 times longer operation before regrinding compared with metal; - Consist of universal stainless steel handles and removable blades of zirconia; - Available in a set, including a pen and a plurality of cutting blades, as well as on the production of models, peers or drawings of the customer; - The maximum length of the blades with the attachment - 50mm.

Based on a study of the kinetics of growth of synthetic diamond and the formation of defect-impurity composition developed a method of growing single crystals with desired physical properties - thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, levels of nitrogen and boron impurities. In various doping impurities during single crystal growth is possible to obtain colorless samples and blue, blue, yellow and green colors. The existing production base currently produces between 100 and 200 carats of such products in the month. With a corresponding development of production and investment is increased to 1000-3000 carats per month. Study of formation of defect-impurity composition at high pressures and temperatures can change the color and improve the consumer properties and characteristics of natural diamond single crystals of various types, according to the physical classification. Diamonds brown type Ia can be done in the process of thermobaric treatment at pressures of 6-8 GPa and temperatures of 2000-3000 * With yellow, yellow-green, and in some rare cases - colorless. Crystals of type IIa brown possible to completely discolored.
