Purpose of the development: The ruling pens equipped with superhard material "ALTEKS" designed for straight and profile grinding wheel of medium and low hardness of the M1-CT2, rough edits to a greater depth, edit circles for centerless grinding.

Recommended application field: The engineering industry.

Advantages over analogues: Through the combination of the optimal properties of the materials used, the original patented design and technology of the ruling pens equipped with "Altex" 2-2.5 times higher than on the cost-effectiveness of pencils, equipped with large natural diamonds, virtually conceding it for durability and power density at this increase surface quality and dimensional stability and resistance changes due to the constancy of polycrystalline section.

For the first time in Ukraine solved the problem of replacing a dresser large natural diamond heat-resistant super-hard composite material ("ALTEKS"). The ruling pens equipped with superhard material "ALTEKS" in performance similar to diamond pencils according to GOST 607-80. The shape and dimensions of the work item from the "Altex" allow to produce pencils in a performance of "C" - a chain, "GR" - a comb, "C" - layered.
