WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANTS "TOPAS"
Purpose of the development:
Autonomous sewerage TOPAS (TOPAS) is designed for wastewater treatment and is individually bioremediation.
Recommended application field:
Water industry. The private sector.
Advantages over analogues:
Advantages:
- Simple and easy-to-use equipment. Autonomous sewerage TOPAS, in contrast to the septic tank, do not take trouble in operation. Enough time to time to open the lid to check the accuracy of the system. Sewage TOPAS will work effectively while respecting the simple rules of operation: you can not merge at one time the volume of water larger than prescribed in the data sheet;
- The ability to quickly mount. Autonomous sewer made of lightweight and yet durable polypropylene. TOPAS wastewater treatment facilities can be installed in different types of climate on the grounds of all kinds.
- Confidence in the purity of the water. TOPAS wastewater treatment facilities, as opposed to septic tanks, provide a high degree of wastewater treatment. At the outlet water meets SanPin 4630-88. Sewage TOPAS can clean wastewater is not less than 98%.
- Eco-friendly products. Autonomous sewerage TOPAS has a sealed enclosure that is resistant to environmental influences. In the application of the autonomous cleaning system TOPAS SanPin 2.1.5.980-00 comply with the requirements;
- Maintenance savings. Autonomous sewerage TOPAS easy to maintain - you only need one every four months to pump out the waste sludge, which can be used to fertilize non-bearing shrubs, trees and lawns. During operation there is no need to call sewage sewage truck or acquisition of microorganism cultures.

Description of the development:
() TOPAS sewerage works on the basis of a biological method of wastewater treatment. The system facilitates the decomposition of organic compounds that cause the mineralization of contaminants and solids deposition on the walls. The preliminary stage of purification is carried out in the receiving chamber autonomous system TOPAS, which receive wastewater. At the next stage, partially treated sewage is pumped by air lift (main pump) in the aeration tank of an autonomous sewer TOPAS. In the oxidation with activated sludge organic compounds are destroyed. The mixture of sludge and clean water is moved to the secondary clarifier system where yl is deposited on the bottom. At the next stage of the process water flows from the plant. IL moves to TOPAS wastewater aeration tank for reuse.
Sewerage, designed to serve up to 20 users, does not require a concrete pit bottom - just before the assembly to create a sandy base. Also there is no need to prepare a large area under construction - an autonomous cleaning system TOPAS compact fit on 1.5 m2.
