Purpose of the development: Setting "Solap" designed to treat wastewater from petroleum, oils, suspended solids and colloidal organic matter using methods sedimentation, flotation and sorption.

Recommended application field: Setting "Solap" is used to clean storm water from areas gas stations, service stations vehicles, with pads oil stores, enterprises producing sunflower oil, as well as for treatment of industrial waste water containing oil and fat.

Description of the development:

The installation can operate continuously or batchwise. Installation is integral polypropylene container, which is divided by partitions into three parts: - Sedimentation chamber, and the zone of the first phase of flotation oil, fat, etc.; - Flotation cell, the second zone of flotation; - Sorption chamber. Treated wastewater can be discharged into a water body, or urban stormwater drainage, re-used in production processes (depending on the impurities in the source water and the technological scheme of treatment). Sludge can be disposed of in the construction of roads or rendered harmless by burning at appropriate facilities. The performance SOLAP produced from 2 - 25 l / s.
