Purpose of the development: Single-phase gas-filled transformer test TIOG-55 is designed for testing high-voltage electrical equipment of 10 kV and 35 kV (or higher) variable short-term (50 Hz) voltage up to 55 kV.

Advantages over analogues: Transformer TIOG-55 is designed for use in the mobile testing laboratory, thus, its design is resistant to vibration during transportation and climatic factors. The transformer is virtually maintenance free.

As standard, the transformer has a capacity of 7.5 kW. The design of the transformer can be integrated gas-insulated high-voltage capacitor which, when connected appropriate instrumentation allows measurement tests to isolate capacitance Cx and dielectric loss tangent tg? PD and the Czech Republic. The transformer also has a removal of the HV winding (inductive voltage divider), which allows to measure the high voltage transformer issued to the test object.
