Construction: Centrifugal pumps, horizontal, doubly, double-hulled, radially split outer shell, with vyemnym inner casing section type, single-threaded, single (NDG) and multi (UDMH). Rotor supports are outrigger bearings with grease or oil bath bearings with oil bath lubrication or forced lubrication system, depending on the wattage. Unloading of axial force - through the discharge hydraulic piston. Shaft Seals - Mechanical with gland packing of various types that are interchangeable with the mechanical face seals of various designs according to plan 52 or plan 53 API682. Materials: • enclosures, covers and sections - the forging of a heat-resistant carbon alloy steel with corrosion-resistant surfacing on sealing surfaces; • details of the running - castings and forgings of chromium steels 20H13L and 30X13; • details of gap seals - nezadiraemye corrosion-resistant alloys; • Shaft - Long products of structural alloy steel 40Cr. Completeness: • the pump is assembled with auxiliary piping within the pump; • flanges on sockets; • drive motor explosion-proof; • Coupling type MUP with fencing; • oil system (if necessary); • Total base frame; • assurance system of mechanical seals (2 pcs.) • parts of fastening of the pump, motor and coupling guard; • a set of spare parts.
