LABORATORY TEST AND MEASUREMENT COMPLEX "FRICTION WEAR TEST SYSTEM"


Purpose of the development: Test and measurement system is designed to analyze the effectiveness of oil products on the anti-friction and anti-wear properties and determine the tribological characteristics of lubricants and additives to them, taking into account the operating conditions of the units.

Recommended application field: Designed test and measurement system with packets express methods can be widely used in petroleum refining and engineering industries. This system is essential to designers and manufacturers of lubricants and additives, designers and manufacturers of new technology, operational enterprises using lubricants in large quantities to control the input matching lubricants on tribological characteristics, as well as centers of standardization and consumer protection.

Technical characteristic: The main technical parameters: - Basic tribosystem; - The roller diameter 33 mm, width of 3 mm educational cylinder; - Range of controlled and maintained in contact with the linear velocity from 0.1 to 1.2 m / s; - The maximum axial load of 500 N; - Grease (immersion circulator or a peristaltic pump).

Advantages over analogues: Test and measurement system by short-term experimental laboratory tests on a special rapid method allows you to: - To determine the comparative effectiveness of oil products on the anti-friction and anti-wear properties; - To determine the tribological characteristics of lubricants and additives to them, taking into account the operating conditions    work units; - To develop new high-performance lubricants and new additive packages by optimizing the concentration of the components and additives for special purposes; - Identify experimentally commodity oils and additive packages to them by their main consumer properties -     anti-wear and anti-friction; - To select the most effective combination of structural materials tribosystems; - Define the requirements for their thermo-chemical treatment regimes and the quality of the friction surfaces; - To develop new high-performance additives or additive packages for lubricants.
