Purpose of the development: Highly sensitive measuring instrument is designed to determine the roughness and surface defects of machine parts made ??of steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and alloys as well as non-metallic parts and all kinds of surfaces without damage and destruction of their surface.

Advantages over analogues: This is a promising new non-contact measuring instrument that belongs to the most modern class of devices, which are dynamically developing. The main advantages: - High sensitivity in depth (up to one nanometer) and performance in the study of the surface with sufficient     high vibration protection; - Scanning a laser beam along a selected line may or raster scanning mode; - Lateral review of internal surfaces of the cavities (diameter 10 mm); - Ability to obtain three-dimensional images of the modern computer test surface.

The principle of the device is based on acoustooptic scanning objects (not mechanical) with two laser beams, which in turn split into two orthogonal directions. This allows you to obtain three-dimensional differential-phase images. The implementation of differential-phase method of research, provides a high sensitivity to changes in the surface profile height (up to one nanometer) and reliable vibration shield and use of high-speed two-coordinate acousto-optic devices control of laser radiation, produce a two-dimensional differential-phase information about the surface of the object of research by its raster scan. Features: Export data to a text file, choose the scan mode (step rate, size of the plane), fast switching (channel) - amplitude, phase, the light, the reflection (amplitude - visualization, phase - the ability to measure the profile (height) , the output signal level of the current distribution on the scan line, linear measurements, roughness and other parameters, the software increase, the definition of the parameters specified areas, three-dimensional image of the object is scanned with the ability to zoom, viewing from multiple angles, multilingual support, the help system.
