In accordance with the State program of scientific research in Antarctica Ukraine for 2002-2010, proposed a project to establish a research laboratory on the basis of a flying helicopter.
Description of the development:
() Developed high technologies, designed for research into air and water spaces:
- Spectral methods for the synthesis of optimal structures stabilization systems multidimensional objects with arbitrary dynamics (stable, unstable and not the minimum-phase) with stochastic influences;
- Methods and algorithms for structural identification of multivariate linear dynamic objects of stochastic effects and uncontrolled disturbances acting on them in standard operating modes of movement;
- Spectral methods and algorithms for synthesis of so-called optimal robust stabilization systems, multi-dimensional objects with arbitrary dynamics of stochastic influences;
- The method, algorithms and technologies of structural identification of complex dynamic object in standard operating modes of its motion in partially controlled conditions;
- The method of structural identification of input signals folding measuring systems based only on recorded output of the system;
- Methods and techniques of dynamic assessment onboard measurement systems and complexes in conditions close to real;
- Methods of field studies helicopter with cargo on the suspension.
