ACOUSTIC EMISSION DIAGNOSIS AND MONITORING OF TRANSPORT, TRIBOTECHNICAL SYSTEMS, RESEARCH OF DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF STRUCTURES
Purpose of the development:
Development is focused on the development of methods, hardware and software to diagnose potentially dangerous objects. Identification and patterns of change in the acoustic parameters of the processed signal is the basis for the creation of methodologies to assess the state of the tests and the prevention of the destruction of complex technical systems.
Recommended application field:
Diagnosis and monitoring of concrete and bridge structures, components and systems, high-pressure technology product lines, components, and aerospace structures, welding and soldering connections and other facilities on the basis of processing of acoustic radiation in a continuous or stepped their load.
Advantages over analogues:
Flexible software control of the process of measurement and signal processing speed and acceleration fluctuations can get a full set of parameters characterizing the dynamic behavior of the object, the frequency of oscillation damping, logarithmic decrement, the coefficient of mechanical losses, the dynamic displacement, velocity, acceleration, quality factor, etc. .
