ECONOMICALLY EUTECTIC POWDER MATERIALS AND TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE FORMATION ON THEIR BASIS THE COATINGS OF TRIBOTECHNICAL PURPOSE WITH GRADIENT TYPE STRUCTURE
Purpose of the development:
The main purpose of the developed coatings - replace nickel-based alloys, which are fairly expensive to cheaper eutectic coating on a steel base to restore and enhance the resources of machine parts.
Recommended application field:
Metallurgy.
Advantages over analogues:
Designed eutectic alloys based on iron, compared with serial based on nickel, characterized by a set of practical security performance, including adaptability, not scarcity, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, improved tribological properties over a wide temperature range. The studies show that the wear resistance of carbon steel coated with eutectic increased 2-8 times in their stability and greater than nickel-based alloys.

Description of the development:
() Economically developed iron-based alloys systems 12X18H9T-TiV2, 12X18H9T-SrV2, 12X18H9T-VC.
Powders of these alloys were prepared by spraying a jet of liquid metal inert gas formation during solidification from the liquid state thin too branched crystals reinforcing phases which create a frame reinforced with metal matrix. This structural formation within eutectic colonies in contrast to the dispersion-hardened, and dispersion-strengthened materials, allows to combine various properties in the alloys of the starting components, while ensuring a high heat resistance, alter the shape and size of the inclusions, the ratio of the mechanical properties of the base and penetration phase and substantially affect the tribological properties.
The technological process of applying protective coatings using selenium powder: plasma spraying, plasma and laser welding, plasma coating, followed by high-frequency melting, laser treatment with continuous and discrete mode and reflow temperature cycling.
