Anti-corrosion coating IBONH consists of layers of polymer primer, hot melt and thermal light-stabilized polyethylene. Manufacturing of the coating ingredients implemented on industry-standard hardware. Protective coating is reduced to hot melt extrusion and polyethylene prepared for the degree of Sa 2,5 primed pipe. May be used or an annular slit forming head. Applying the developed materials requires chemical pre-treatment, drying tube, and is energy saving, since the temperature of deposition can be reduced by 135-205 ° C. The product is protected by patents of Ukraine.
