COMPOSITE BINDING
Purpose of the development:
Developed original recipes and processes for production of composite binders intended for road construction and coke from non-rational use of substances and by-products of oil (oil sludge, acid tars, asphalt-extractive mixture (NPP), tars, petrolatum, waste rubber, etc.).
Recommended application field:
Building. Cokechemistry
Advantages over analogues:
Industrial implementation of the proposed process allows to reduce the capital and a few times to reduce the time needed to create installations, 3-5 times to reduce energy consumption, recycle acid sludge, oil sludge, waste and virtually eliminate harmful emissions into the atmosphere.

Technical and economic effect:
At the Kremenchug refinery, the technological processes of production capacity up to 200 tons per year of high quality composite binders for road construction and briquetting of coal for coking (BSHV, quagga, quagga-B). Developed ways to get road binders of oil with a high wax content on Drohobych refinery for the first time in its history mastered the industrial production of binders for road construction capacity of up to 20,000 tons per year.
Manufactured by hundreds of thousands of tons of binders BSHV, quagga, quagga-B, HF and KVZH.
