Purpose of the development: Heat resistant tape "Termilen" is designed to isolate areas of high gas compressor station piping and other piping with operating temperature up to +80 ° C.

Advantages over analogues: Such feature is the ability to coat the adhesive layer sovulkanizatsii tape thermosetting primer at a temperature which makes the operation of the pipeline and a monolithic coating resistant to shear under the soil pressure at elevated temperature. On protective coating properties and performance-based band "Termilen" meets the requirements of GOST 4219 and IEC 51164 and is not inferior to foreign analogues known firms.

The heat-resistant adhesive tape cold drawing "Termilen" is a double-layered web material consisting of a main structural layer based radiatsionnosshitogo thermo-light-stabilized polyethylene and thermosetting adhesive layer polymer-based resin composition. Ribbon "Termilen" is used in three-layer insulating constructions consisting of a thermosetting primer PT-02 and two layers of tape.
