TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY FOR TEMPORARY CLOSURE PRESERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT WELLS IN A CONDITION OF HIGH PERMEABLE RESERVOIR AND ABNORMAL FORMATION PRESSURE


Purpose of the development: Complex technology is a temporary closure, development and conservation of the wells in high-permeability reservoirs and abnormal formation pressures.

Recommended application field: Geology.

Advantages over analogues: A significant advantage of used systems is that they are preparing for phosphatide-oil-based, making it easy to regulate their stability and practically important properties. Moreover, structured invert emulsion of hydrocarbon production wells related protect downhole equipment from corrosion and contaminate not only the reservoir, but also contribute to cleaning of residual CCD mud. On the other hand, the replacement of the hydrocarbon medium (oil, condensate, oil) to give a synthetic oil-based systems are attractive not only from the economic standpoint but also from the standpoint of environmental and fire safety.

Integrated technology includes: 1. Environmentally friendly "Reagent for invert emulsions, suspensions and emulsion-suspension systems" based on the by-products of refining vegetable oil, which is compatible with most process fluids. 2. Creation on the basis of "Reagent ..." resistant oil-based formulations with controlled: • a density between 490-960 kg/m3, 960-2800 kg/m3; • the size of solid particles which make up more than 1/3 the collector pore diameter; • Viscosity by SPV-5 in the range from 180 to non-pourable gel systems; • SNZ1/10 static shear stress in the 5/9 - 28/40 Pa; • sustainability, which ensures that no phase separation for> 30 days; • controlled adhesion to metal pipes and porous media collector; • zero water loss under reservoir conditions with a temperature of 80 * C. 3. "The way of wells in a low reservoir pressure" (to 0.15 from hydrostatic) or "The way of wells in abnormally high formation pressures" (up to 3.2 on the hydrostatic) integrated use of physical and colloid-chemical properties of the individual ingredients and formulations based on them. 4. Special technology and process for the preparation of lightweight collars or invert as dispersions of solid particles on the basis of a predetermined fractional composition, and with the use of polydisperse materials and colloidal systems. 5. High performance ejector-cavitation device with adjustable operating parameters for fast preparation of stable multi-component systems and to facilitate the development of wells. 6. The technology of well operations (jamming, conservation) in a high-permeability reservoirs and low (up to 0.15 of the hydrostatic) or abnormally high (up to 3.2 on the hydrostatic) reservoir pressures. 7. The technology of well development at the stage of commissioning after drilling and after completion of the repair work.
