Purpose of the development: Surfactants based oils and phosphatides, are intended for use in oil and gas production processes.

Advantages over analogues: In the department of surfactants IBONH National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine on the basis of rapeseed and sunflower oils and by-product of their treatment kofosa synthesized a number of bioPAV that, compared with the known petrochemical counterparts (emultal, EU-2, Petrochemical, naftenol), characterized by the following advantages. 1. Availability, reproducibility, toxicological and ecological security of feedstock and synthesized from it bioPAV. 2. High thermal stability, emulsifying and stabilizing ability bioPAV, allowing their use at temperatures up to 140 ° C, both directly in the fuels and lubricants and cutting fluids, and in combination with other systems in long-term oil and gas production processes. 3. Film forming ability and high protective metal pipes, equipment, and equipment aggressive gas, salt and acid environments. 4. High adhesion with controlled water repellent clastic and carbonate rocks, gravel and cement. 5. Structuring properties, due to their unusual formation of micellar structures in solution and gel-like structure in the adsorption layer of dispersed systems. 6. Anti-wear and EP performances.
